What makes this Swing Out Spare Tire Carrier Hinge Kit Assembly different is that its a lower profile design. Has a pre-lock feature so no need for a secondary safety pin, comes clean and deburr ready to be welded (no post process needed), and uses high-quality bearings. 

Features:

  • Can open and lock to 90 or 120 degrees which means it’ll help clear your liftgate.
  • Comes with the three options to have the plunger pin in the lock or free open position based of the wear pad of choice.

  • 3/4″ Grade 8 Bolt and Nylon Lock Washer
  • 2.375″ Diameter x 4″ Tall FULLY machine Hinge Body with Bearing Races already pressed in
  • Double Lip Dust Seals
  • Notched Template Plate for 2×2 or 2×3 Square Tubing
