Terms & Conditions

By using our site, you are agreeing to the following:

Shipping:

  • All Tire Carrier kits, parts, and accessories ship USPS Priority fast & FREE anywhere in the USA + Puerto Rico
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for order to be process before being shipped out.
  • The packages we ship in are priority rate and they will be banged up by the time they get to you. However, we strap it all together inside and out. Nothing can fall out of the box individually.
  • These parts will ship out of Washington State. The steel is made in the U.S.A and is cnc plasma cut here in Washington State.

  • Once a part ships you will receive tracking information via email.

  • Free local pickup at our shop in Kent, WA is available.

Cancelation:

  • If you would like to cancel an order before it ships you are welcome to do so.

  • Orders canceled are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

  • Any custom orders will be assessed and the refund amount will be at our discretion.

  • Orders can NOT be canceled once they ship.

Warranty:

  • Check your products for any defects before installing them or throwing away the original packaging.

  • We offer a limited warranty on all parts against major manufacturer defects for 30 days from the original ship date. If the claim is valid, we will attempt to repair or exchange the malfunctioning part. In the event that neither of those are possible, a refund will be given. However once installed on the vehicle and the product shows signs of off-road use, it is no longer applicable towards warranty claims.

Liability:

  • All Ratha Digital Media, LLC products are intended for off-road use only.

  • THE RECEIVER IS NOT RATED!!! It was designed to be as strong as possible and comparable to the oem capacity, but LEGALLY WE CAN’T GIVE IT A RATING. It is intended for offroad use only and towing a trailer or carrying any hitch mounted accessories on public highways is at your own risk and the user takes all liability. We can not provide any insight or recommendations as to what you can safely tow. Use your best judgment.

  • They should be used safely and with good judgment.

  • Ratha Digital Media, LLC takes no liability in the event of damage, loss, or injury to the customer, their vehicle, or any other affected party during the installation or use (or misuse) of our products.

  • By installing our products, or by purchasing or driving a vehicle with our products already installed, you assume any and all risk and liability.

Privacy Policy:

  • Ratha Digital Media, LLC will not share or sell any of the personal information you provide to us throughout the order process on our website or what you provide to us through any means of communication.

  • If you send in product pictures, you are consenting to us using and sharing them for marketing purposes. But just because you send us some doesn’t guarantee we will use them.

General Conditions:

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

  • We reserve the right to limit any of the products or services we offer to any single person or group.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any products without notice.

  • We reserve the right to change the design or available options on a product without notice.

  • We reserve the right to change the price of a product without notice.
